Founded in 1923, Littlewoods Gaming
is one of the UK's oldest established gaming companies.
Today we provide a unique portfolio of betting and gaming
products, including sports betting, lotteries and most
famously football pools, to a regular customer base of
2 million households. Our products are delivered through
multiple channels including E-commerce (internet, WAP,
iDTV), telephone, our door-to-door collector network and
over 11,000 retail outlets.
Over the years we have created more than
100 millionaires and prizes have been paid out to over
60 million winners. Each week thousands of winning cheques
are sent from our Headquarters located in Liverpool.
In September 2000, Littlewoods Gaming became a wholly
owned subsidiary of Sportech plc, a listed company on
the London Stock Exchange. Under Managing Director George
Rushton, we aim to become the pre-eminent supplier of
gaming products to the home. In order to acheive this
goal we are constantly testing new and exciting products
to attract a wide range of new players, whilst continuing
to support the millions of loyal customers who regularly
play our existing games.
